PROJECT TITLE: PROFITABILITY CHECKS OF ULIP VS. TERM INSURANCE & MUTUAL FUNDS MAY’08–FEB’09

Area of Work: The layman is easily lured by the phenomenal returns the different financial instruments/investment options are giving, not knowing that there is a flipside attached to it as well. The purpose of this project work is to inform the investor about the various charges on the ULIP plans and compare the ULIP plan with combination of
Mutual Fund and Term Insurance. Hence illustrate and inform the prospective customers of Mutual Funds that
which of these two schemes is better.

MAJOR PROJECT: ANTI-SKID BREAKING SYSTEM B.E SEMESTER 8

Area of Work: This project mainly dealt with design and development of a breaking system which ensured safety of vehicles during breaking and preventing them from skidding, thereby ensuring safety of driver and passengers. The model was designed keeping in mind the cost and ease of manufacturing.

CONCEPT PROJECT HYBRID PNEUMATIC POWER VEHICLE B.E SEMESTER 7

Area of Work This project dealt with concept building and research on building up a Hybrid Pneumatic Powered Car, keeping in mind pollution and fuel conservation. This vehicle has its thermal efficiency increased up to 18%, thereby increasing the overall efficiency by 33%.
